I understand I will be billed monthly for continued enrollment. After the initial registration/monthly charge, this billing will take place within TherapyUTAH's EMR system. Someone from the LIFT team will email me access to the client portal where I will complete the billing information. The monthly charge will include LIFT groups and digital content access. Individual sessions, if desired, are billed separately.

I understand that if I need to change the card on file I must do so by the 25th of the month prior.

LIFT for Addiction

The next LIFT session starts Wednesday, July 6th! Your enrollment today reserves your spot in this group and includes the July monthly fee. Your next monthly payment is not due until the first week of August.

The LIFT program is broken into 6 phases. Each LIFT phase includes a weekly group session led by an expert Clinician. 

Immediately upon registration, you'll receive full access to our online Foundational LIFT content. The content is broken down into topic bundles to help you throughout recovery. Each topic bundle includes:

  • Video content of Brannon or Kathy breaking down the concept.
  • Journal prompt
  • Homework/Activity download 
  • Some weeks will contain podcasts for supplemental listening

Phase 1: 8-weeks (Beginning July 6th)

  • This is the foundation of your recovery. This is where both men and women learn the basics of Addiction & Betrayal.  
    • Phase 1 is facilitated by experts and creators of LIFT, Brannon Patrick and Kathy Kinghorn. 
  • This LIVE online group is held Wednesdays from 6:00 - 8:00 PM MST    

Phases 2-5: 12 Months 

  • The following phases are each about 3 months long. This is where the real growth happens! This time is about YOU! 
    • After building a shared foundation in Phase 1, men and women meet separately to focus on their own recoveries.
    • Receive additional online content and support from expert trained clinicians.
    • Continue to meet with your group online for 90 minutes each week and practice skills for recovery.
  • Group times vary - Upcoming Phase 2-5 times will be announced shortly. 

Phase 3: 6 months

  • This phase of LIFT enables you to thrive as a couple.
    • Once clinically recommended, you will come together with other couples, in a weekly group session. 
    • Learn how to build trust, intimacy, communication, healthy boundaries and so much more with your partner.

Once you complete enrollment, you will receive an email from our LIFT team at ThearpyUTAH. You should receive a link to register for the Zoom meeting and access the content. An additional email will take you to your client portal where you will be able to include the billing information and other pertinent details. During this time you will still have full access to the LIFT digital suite. Please give us up to 72 hours to contact you after enrollment. 

LIFT is billed month-to-month. If you wish to unenroll from LIFT you will need to let us know by the 25th of the month prior in order to avoid a charge for the following month.
